We ship and sell inside the USA only. Music Go Round ships items to the lower 48 USA states via UPS Ground only. Sorry, but we cannot send products to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box or to international, Canadian, Puerto Rico, or military destinations. Our shipping charge includes UPS Ground shipping, handling, and insurance.
Standard shipping via UPS Ground delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 business days. At your request, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the UPS web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.
If you are not satisfied with the product, contact our store within 48 hours of the date of receipt for return authorization instructions.
The customer is required to pay all return freight charges except in an instance of product damage due to shipping, provided UPS agrees to refund shipping costs. A refund or exchange may be issued after the item is returned with all original contents in the original packing, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase. (An additional 15% restocking fee may be charged on any new items.) Software is not returnable in accordance to manufacturers' rules, unless unopened and the seal is not broken.
